All the hotels in this town and the City of Dallas thinks we need another. Excpet this one is owned by the city. Good for new work to the area, but this being a mixed-use is kind of scary when you look at all the vacancy’s in Victory.

In the last 5 years we have seen a mixed-use / high rise condo explosion in this town. Our skyline is looking better and better. Who is living in all these condos? Most are priced$350,000 and up.
